Since the transformation into a garment factory, the Poverty Alleviation and Disability Assistance Garment Company in Chanang County, Shannan, China's Xizang, has persistently empowered the disabilities to realize their employment aspirations through skills training. The factory has employed over 30 disabled persons, successfully supported 9 disabled individuals and 10 registered poverty-alleviation households in starting their own businesses, with cumulative dividends reaching 360,000 yuan RMB.
